Los Angeles, often referred to as L.A is the most populous city in California and the second most populous city in the United States. It has a population of roughly 3.9 million residents within the city limits as of 2020. Known for its Mediterranean climate, diverse population, and the home of the Hollywood film industry. Los Angeles city covers approximately 469 square miles and is the biggest city in Los Angeles County, the most populous county in the United States with an estimated 9.86 million residents as of 2022. Also a popular tourist destination attracting over 5 million visitors as of 2022. Some of the areas that we specialize in in the city of Los Angeles we call them Hidden Oasis. These are areas that have not just ideal locations, but also incredible value and amenities of places that you would find in the Hollywood Hills or Beverly Hills. They are still undervalued, even though over the last few years these areas have been getting a lot of attention ever since being discovered by some within the real estate industry that didn’t ever realize or know what these areas had to offer. Now some have come to see many of these jewels that existed centrally located within the city without having all of the exposure and notoriety of areas like Hollywood Hills or Beverly Hills.
